1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or app.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CartoonaAI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on CartoonaAI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CartoonaAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall CartoonaAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CartoonaAI's website, even if CartoonaAI or a CartoonaAI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

6. User Content and Images

When you upload images to CartoonaAI:

Your images are stored securely in the cloud.
Images are used solely for AI image generation to provide our service.
We do not share your images with any third parties.
You retain ownership of your original images.
You may delete your uploaded images at any time.

7. Account and Authentication

We use Sign in with Apple as our only authentication method. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information including your name and email address. Profile pictures are optional.
